5 1/2 oz. Beef, strip sirloin (cut in small cubes)
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. green peppers
1 c. canned diced tomatoes
1/2 c. fat free beef broth
1 c. cooked whole wheat pasta
2 Tbsp fat free sour cream
Paprika to taste and or chili powder
Combine beef, onions, peppers, tomatoes, chili powder and broth in medium pot; cook until beef is cooked thoroughly. I usually cook about an hour or two. Then I add the sour cream to make it the consistency I want. Make sure the heat is on low at this point. Then I add the noodles and serve.
